In addition to educating the SAP Community about SAP Solution Manager's latest and greatest features and benefits, he also teaches certified application lifecycle management tools tightly integrated with SAP Solution Manager to facilitate value-driven projects and solutions. Craig is also the ASUG IT Operations Alliance Community's Task Force Lead and an SAP Insider Expert focused on application lifecycle management.
