It is a streamlined cloud-based software solution, with a user-friendly interface delivered on Android or Apple mobile devices. Field service technicians can access all the information they need on their mobile devices which removes the outdated paper-based methods. The information can include activity descriptions and data on technical objects or business partners. Time on each task is recorded immediately, with the ability to attach a photo or document about the job or the location.

  • Dynamic form engine: The “myJobCard” provides a dynamic form engine, businesses can design and deploy mobile data forms on their own.
  • Supervisor view. The ability to view the status of work orders being executed by teams in the field.
  • Native UI for best performance and UX. A high user adoption because myJobCard offers native support for Android, iOS, and Windows 10 to provide best user experience and performance.
