Steve Biskie

Steve Biskie, Principal at RSM, is an internationally-recognized expert on SAP audit, risk, security and compliance issues. He is the author of Auditing SAP S/4HANA (SAP Press, 2023) and Surviving an SAP Audit, (SAP Press, 2010), and was an expert reviewer for the book Security, Audit, and Control Features: SAP ERP (3rd & 4th Editions). Steve also teaches beginner through advanced SAP auditing courses, and has traveled to more than 18 countries to share his expertise. Steve was first introduced to SAP in the mid-90s while working as an external auditor for one of the Big 4. Since then he has been involved with SAP systems in a variety of roles, including as an internal auditor, consultant, implementation team member, compliance team lead, and SAP Steering Committee Chair. He has worked directly with SAP as part of the SAP Influence Council for the Management of Internal Controls (MIC) tool, the first iteration of what is now SAP Process Control. He has also served as an advisor to SAP on optimizing SAP Process Control, SAP Audit Management, and SAP Business Integrity Screening (formerly known as Fraud Management).
Craig L. Brown, Sr.

As the Principal of one of a few US based certified SAP ALM Hub Partner and Tricentis TOSCA Certified Implementation Partner, Craig Brown leads the Transformation Architect team at Xceleon. A proven leader and an invaluable resource in Information Technology, government, public, and private entities utilize his management skills and keen ability to identify technology-based value opportunities. His 33-year career started in the United States Army as a highly decorated enlisted soldier who globally managed troops to deliver classified mission-critical communications during both peace and wartime efforts. His management skills make him a natural leader when guiding resources from multiple business units, as he incorporates processes across various platforms. As a volunteer, Craig has served with SAP's ASUG Solution Manager Special Interest Group (SIG) as the Solution Manager Community Facilitator, focusing on the SAP Solution Manager influence counsel for nine years. In addition to educating the SAP Community about SAP Solution Manager's latest and greatest features and benefits, he also teaches certified application lifecycle management tools tightly integrated with SAP Solution Manager to facilitate value-driven projects and solutions. Craig is also the ASUG IT Operations Alliance Community's Task Force Lead and an SAP Insider Expert focused on application lifecycle management. SAP chose Craig to speak at the 40TH annual SAP Max Attention Summit in Waldorf, Germany, where he outlined the benefits of deploying a fully integrated ITSM system through Solution Manager and the value it enabled for his employer.
