The use of Microsoft Adaptive Cards and a no-code/low-code design enables developers to create tailored notifications that can be sent to any connected device. Any action taken in the SAP system is reported in Teams and vice versa. The app facilitates interchangeable actions as both Teams and My Inbox in SAP Fiori can be used.

Scalability is a significant aspect for all companies in the current landscape of big data and data lakes flowing in zettabytes. Looply runs on AWS and it is scalable as it uses a serverless architecture. The app currently uses SAML authentication tokens to provide access to Microsoft Teams users. To make the developers’ role simplified, Looply is connected to generative AI for obtaining a base code. It has an intuitive drag-and-drop based workflow designer.

One of the major reasons for increased response time is that notifications on applications keep accumulating, instead of updating. Through customization and integration, Looply enables updating of notifications from SAP systems, that flow into Teams. This reduces the number of action items to the most relevant ones.
