Artificial Intelligence has become the largest market disruptor of our time. Businesses are pushing to incorporate AI capabilities into their enterprise landscape in order to both enhance business performance and provide a seamless customer experience. The adoption of AI technology will be the biggest differentiating factor, in the future, between efficient and successful organizations compared to those that must catch up with the times.

Through the AI foundation, application developers can find a toolkit of ready-to-use AI services, runtimes, lifecycle management, as well as access to a repository of Large Language Models (LLMs). And with the SAP HANA Cloud vector engine enterprise data capabilities are enhanced by  incorporating context to LLMs with the businesses’ data structure.

SAP BTP AI capabilities are not just for one organization but are intended to provide an ecosystem of partners that businesses will use AI to meet rising customer demand. In a recent poll, SAP concluded that more than 90% of their partners support the SAP-based implementations and offer 2000 solutions with over 400 equipped with AI capabilities. These partner solutions also enable developers to create AI applications on SAP BTP.

Investment in AI holds great possibilities for the future of enterprise technology if it is implemented early and efficiently. There are countless benefits that can be reaped from AI on both the micro and macro level as mentioned in SAPInsider’s AI and Automation Report that 50% survey respondents believe that implementing AI and Automation tools will increase customer satisfaction.
