“Carving out 30+ SAP systems from a fully functional technology infrastructure, supporting 20 different mills (even though Domtar is only selling one mill) there are 19 remaining mills which were to run continuously, and this system supports 24/7 operations at the paper mills and pulp mills. So having a downtime of few hours was really a challenge and there was no real agreement from the business allowing the system to be down for that long.
