The company’s February 2024 integration and automation platform release is now live and features new updates to enhance users’ API management, connectivity and flow.

With this new platform release, Boomi has introduced the general availability of its new component differentiator APIs which allows for SAP professionals to easily understand what has been changed, added or removed between component reviews. Building on the existing experience, Boomi has refreshed the integration to improve the ease of use, aiding SAP users in integrating SAP in their business processes.

Tackling issues arisen in the company’s previous platform release, the Boomi for SAP connector has been enhanced to support profile objects for ABAP_PROXY_SEND function, some critical defects and improvements have been addressed in partner connectors including Database v2, Google Big Query, Http Client, Shopify and IFS REST.

SAP Insiders can benefit from user-friendly updates such as process map element, auto mapping, import profile as well as a new QR code generator, all of which are designed to enhance user workflows and streamline operations.

The company has also added that they will soon be introducing a debugger panel to enhance the user’s debugging experience with its new panel displaying call stacks, state values, assertions and root faults.

Additionally, SAP users can also find enhancements to the API Provider Experience that will accelerate a user’s API lifecycle. This includes API Proxy in API Lifecycle Manager which supports the deployment, testing and promotion of API Proxy services, making it equally easy to manage APIs created outside of Boomi.

With Boomi, SAP professionals can improve decision-making as well as synchronizing their SAP data with their non-SAP landscape. Boomi’s platform update will aid SAP users’ in making the right decisions for their businesses, assuring all operations run smoothly and more streamlined.
