Inetum implements innovative SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone project at Real Hotels Group

The Real Hotels Group, comprising 16 hotels employing 850 people, intends to improve and streamline human resource management processes by implementing the SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone solution throughout the organization. The objective is to simplify and make processes more flexible through guided and customizable experiences that are simple and intuitive for your employees.

The implementation of the project will take approximately three months and will involve five SAP SuccessFactors consultants, with the support of an internal team from the Real Hotels Group.

According to Mário Oliveira, responsible for SAP Global Business Line at INETUM, “this project allows the Real Hotels Group to empower its teams and departments, so that they communicate more effectively, as well as create greater involvement with its employees.
