To provide insights and understanding related to SAP customers’ AI adoption practices and identify the key factors driving their organization’s AI strategies, SAPinsider surveyed 164 members of its community between April and July 2024, on strategies, challenges and priorities around AI adoption. The primary objective of the survey was to gather insights from professionals who play a pivotal role in taking decisions pertaining to the adoption and use of AI in their organizations, including understanding the technology prerequisites for AI and exploring the decision-making process behind choosing whether to build, buy, or combine both approaches for AI solutions.
