Meet the Author
Ramya leads the domain and solutions for Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities and Logistics at UST. In this role she drives strategy, solutions, innovation and execution to solve complex problems in the industry and deliver value and clear ROI to clients. She owns service delivery, customer relationship management, solution design and deployment on client engagements as well as risk management and mitigation. Prior to this role, she has managed service delivery, solutions and innovation across multiple domains and geographies. Ramya has been engaged in the IT/ITES industry for more than two decades and has worked with multiple multinational corporations driving industry specific solutions, delivery and financial results to adopt, grow and optimize global engagements across business and IT. She has managed teams across multiple geographies including North America, Costa Rica, Europe, India and APAC.
Ramya is passionate about innovation, people capability enhancement and driving results by bringing together people, innovation, technology, strong work ethics and processes. She is interested in cross-domain research and analytics, especially in human-machine interaction, Computer Vision and IoT for insights into manufacturing processes, automation in quality control and human capital management. Her blogs and publications address Industry 4.0 solutions to key problem statements.
