Joe Corro

Joe leads RSM's ERP implementation risk service offerings.  He has more than 20 years of experience helping clients manage their IT and program risk.  Joe has worked with both public and private Fortune 1000 companies across multiple industries.  He has led multipole program risk reviews for different ERP implementations, developed an enterprise-wide program risk center of excellence, and managed large-scale business transformations.  Joe as also served as the program manager for several SAP implementations both as a consultant, and as the internal program lead within industry.  His experience working with multi-cultural, cross-location teams with diverse competencies and skill sets has allowed him to effectively navigate complex client landscapes, understand critical client success factors, and quickly add value.
