Modular and Composable ERP – Monolithic to Cloud-based Architecture
SAP’s long-term goal is to both modernize and modularize the SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP to enable customers a composable ERP in the Public Cloud. It will be based both on a minimal ABAP Core and multiple cloud-native applications and services on the Business Technology Platform (BTP), yet highly integrated with each other based on common Kernel Services.
