Among them is SAP’s Peer Reviews Program, designed to allow users to leave honest and detailed reviews on all the vendor’s major products through TrustRadius, a buyer intelligence platform for business technology.

One of the biggest topics for review and discussion is, of course, SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Initially released in the mid-2010s, SAP S/4HANA Cloud has become a go-to application in recent years due to its adaptable cloud functionalities and modern capabilities. With the amplification of SAP’s cloud-first strategy, SAP S/4HANA Cloud now stands at the forefront of the promise for innovation and progress in the organizations’ tech stacks, according to the vendor.

The general feedback on TrustRadius demonstrates that customers are mostly happy with SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Some highlighted features mentioned by users are the software’s ability to process real-time data, alongside its scalability, flexibility and reporting accuracy.

“The product has enabled us to get more detailed reports and efficiently run multiple procedures with no extra cost,” said Simon Gitaka, a Digital Marketer at Academic Research Experts. “The product is almost 98 percent in terms of accuracy [with] no room for errors.”

Valentine Balsamini, an Anesthetist at Centri Dentistici Primo, meanwhile, shared that “the software streamlined financial services, improved accuracy in terms of financial reporting and is well suited to research and identification of new opportunities that increase business profitability.” Additionally, SAP S/4HANA Cloud allowed their organization to automate many of its manual processes, leading to “cost savings of 20 percent per year”, according to Balsamini.

More feedback, as shared by the Vice-President of Marketing at an Information Technology and Services Company, stated that SAP S/4HANA Cloud allowed them to experience better visibility into the company’s data and processes and receive real-time insights that help them make informed decisions quickly, improving their operational efficiency and minimizing the total cost of ownership.
