Eric Smit is leading the Global Center of Excellence for Analytics. The COE team consist of senior advisors that help customers improve business results with solutions that integrate business intelligence, financial & planning and analysis, machine-learning and predictive analytics capabilities. Eric has over 20 years of experience in delivering analytics and finance transformation to customers globally in various roles at SAP, Oracle and Hyperion. He has deep knowledge of the challenges organizations face within Finance like Reporting, Planning and Analysis, Profitability, Closing the books and Data Management.  He has been instrumental in helping organizations understand the value of adopting best practices for a World Class Finance, reducing Finance FTE’s and Finance cost, truly allowing finance to become a strategic partner to the business.
