Maria is the founder of Aplo, a Human-Centered Design (HCD) consultancy specializing in serving large businesses. She is a firm believer that subpar technology exists due to a lack of design, and her mission is to establish design as an integral part of the tech industry. Maria is dedicated to creating and expanding design teams within organizations to drive innovation and improve user experiences. Outside of her professional endeavors, Maria takes pride in her roles as a mother and wife. In her personal life, she also manages a small acreage farm alongside her family, finding balance between her business pursuits and her responsibilities at home.
