Barbara McElnea is the Federal Services Software Engineering Leader for Microsoft Federal and has been their Federal SAP architect for 2.5 years. Prior to Microsoft, Barbara has been an independent SAP consultant and partner at Dassian for 27 years focused on building and deploying U.S. government compliant SAP solutions for Aerospace & Defense companies including creating the Dassian COPB contracts and project billing SAP add-in solution
