Vaidya spent over 25 years modernizing SAP implementation developing applications and integrations for various Fortune 500 companies years, experience that has propelled his company’s vision of accelerating modernization and digital transformation. Vaidya has held executive positions at fortune 500 as well as technology startups and earned his MS in technology Management from University of Maryland and a Bachelor in Computer Science Engineering. He resides in Chandler, AZ with his wife, two children and puppy.

Throughout her career, Vanda had the opportunity to apply her knowledge and leadership in technology, whether building technical solutions at Fortune 500 companies, leading successful IT teams, coaching, or leading diverse and virtual teams.

Vanda has a degree in Computer Sciences and a master’s in Managing Information Technology. Recently she completed a Chief Digital Officer certification at Carnegie Melon University.

Vanessa’s journey at SAP led from being an (A)PO in SAPUI5 to leading strategic UX innovations in SAP Design including SAP’s digital assistant up to being the co-CPO for SAP’s analytics portfolio – always with a focus on strategic customer engagements and UX innovation topics. In March 2023, Vanessa took on the role of Chief Product Manager for SAP Build, SAP’s LCNC offering, and focuses on creating product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market insights and stakeholder requirements. She’s looking into the development experience of the future, emphasizing the role of UX in enterprise software, and besides that mentors girls in STEM subjects when time permits.

Varun is a seasoned Technology Executive with 23 years of business and SAP technology transformation leadership across consulting advisory, enterprise, and solution architecture disciplines. Andrew is a highly versatile professional with strategic and operational skills in technology and commercial disciplines and has proven success in architecting solutions to support global business transformation initiatives across the USA, EMEA, and APAC. Varun’s experience covers divestiture carve-outs, ERP platform consolidation programs through mergers and acquisitions, greenfield ERP installations and upgrades, and continuous business improvement initiatives.

Vicki has over 18 years experience in SAP EAM and has a passion for continuous improvement of systems and processes. Although she based in Brisbane, she can often be found out in the field in her high viz and boots living a day in the life of an Operator Maintainer so she can see, hear, touch and smell the assets and opportunities for improvement. 

Vic Petricka is a Senior Enterprise Architect at Snow Software. He has over 20 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, and delivery of software and services to a global customer base, with the past ten years focused in the hardware and software asset management space. At Snow, he specializes in the SAP line of business, working with customers from various industry verticals. Prior to working in pre-sales and consulting, Mr. Petricka worked in product development writing applications in multiple commercial languages including ABAP.

Prior to Neev, Vishal was Senior Vice President of Serrala where he led the global development of the Corestone and Accounts Payable solutions. His work with Serrala began when, Dolphin Solutions Corp, merged with Hanse Orga and e5 Consulting. Vishal served as the Chief Technology Officer of Dolphin for X years. During his time at Dolphin, Vishal transformed the company from a niche consulting startup to a software product company. In this role he carried full P&L responsibilities, helping build and manage consulting, product, and engineering teams and spearhead successful partnerships. Vishal has strong skills in cloud architecture, database design, systems analysis, programming as well as team and project management. He has extensive experience setting up and managing teams across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Vishal has BS in Electrical Engineering and MS/MBA in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Vishal Verma has earned numerous awards and recognitions for his work including the gold medal for outstanding research performance in Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (2004), Viterbi School of Engineering fellowship award (2007) and outstanding researcher award (2009) from the University of Southern California. He is an active member of the American Association of Aerosol Research (AAAR) and has served as the chair for a number of symposiums on Air Pollution and Health in the 2014 annual conference of AAAR.
