Todd has two decades of expertise in pricing, with experience spanning a range of vertical markets including CPG/FMCG; Foodservice; Hi-tech; Wholesale Distribution; 3PL, Retail, and Life Science among others. He has a deep functional understanding of pricing, rebates, and various trade & revenue management strategies, and has worked extensively with various ERPs and integration frameworks.

He has been at insightsoftware since 2016 and uses his expertise in financial & operational reporting together with analytics and planning to provide value to our customers on a daily basis.

Tracy is a globally-experienced executive with 30 years experience in information technology, finance, enterprise risk management, and governance. She has held leadership roles in both client services firms and public companies, which  has led to a balanced approach to delivering on business objectives by striking the right balance between risk-taking and risk-management. Until her recent retirement, Tracy was involved in a multi-year SAP S/4HANA rollout at a multi-billion-dollar manufacturer and distributor.  Early in that project Tracy was involved in providing independent implementation QA in her leadership role within Internal Audit, and subsequently she was asked to take on overall project management for the 2nd release of the implementation.  Her perspectives both as an interested inside party and then as the leader responsible for the overall implementation make a compelling case to why independent implementation quality assurance is a vital aspect of project success.

Troy is the SAP Delivery Lead at Hydro Tasmania. He’s a passionate leader who is motivated by finding user-centric solutions that provide optimal employee experience, while at the same time maximising Hydro Tasmania’s investment in SAP.

Tyler is a senior SAP professional with over 15 years of experience managing, deploying and monitoring SAP systems. He is currently leading Avantra’s sales engineering and is working with SAP teams in enterprises and managed service providers all over the world. Tyler holds a B. Sc in Information Science and Technology (IST) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee

Udo Paltzer is a Lead Product Manager for SAP Integration Suite focusing on the integration of APIs, events and business processes incl. A2A, B2B and B2G integrations. Udo has 20+ years of experience in the integration domain. As a Lead Product Manager Udo concentrates on the customer, partner and product success of SAP Integration Suite with the goal to help customers and partners in their digital transformation journey. Additionally, Udo engages with analysts, collect and prioritizes requirements to shape the roadmap of SAP Integration Suite, and is a regular speaker at events as well as customer and partner workshops.

Umut Rodoplu is currently carrying out Director of Information Technology role for TED University, Ankara, Turkey and holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering. Within TED University he is managing a large-scale SAP ERP landscape (SLCM, Fiori, BPC, CRM, BO/BI, CO, FI, MM, SD and HR), integrated with other enterprise business systems required within the higher education domain. As an IT professional with more than 21 years of business experience in higher education, telecommunication, oil & gas, manufacturing and defense sectors and with 17 years of experience in program/project management (certified PMP since 2010, certified PSM I since 2019), Umut has designed, developed and managed many large scale enterprise digital transformation projects, ERP transformation and upgrade projects and service delivery operations which have been listed as local and global success stories. At TED University, he is also acting as Digital Transformation Lead mentoring C-Level management and business owners to develop a digitally driven culture, working with them to develop a clear understanding of the value chain and seek for innovation areas. Umut is an experienced speaker and presented previously in several SAP HERUG and SAP Insider Conferences.
