I have worked with the leading vendors in the market and understand their strengths and weaknesses relative to functionality, delivery, channels, vision, customer success, price, and TCO. I have also been involved in strategic projects dealing with M&A consolidation, divestiture, payroll BPO, D&I, and integrated machine learning/AI.
