With over 23 years at SAP, Tina's expertise in data management range from practitioner (as SAP's CDO) to strategic advisor (to high value Europe customers) Today she works directly with senior business executives to execute a data management approach that is centered on business value, including defining future state information management capabilities and the design and execution of their data strategy. Tina led SAP’s own enterprise data strategy and helped build the organization which has delivered over 75 million euros of benefit to SAP. Her expertise ranges from building best practice enterprise programs, defining data management innovations, driving data technology development, and managing teams of data stewards and data operations. A recognized expert in information management, Tina is regularly requested to speak at industry events and webinars. She spends a significant amount of time presenting SAP’s point of view on the power of data and a data-driven culture – most recently she developed a master class on agile data and analytics. Tina has two big passions: data and diversity. She serves on the Executive Board of the Women in Big Data program whose mission is to promote diversity in the field of data management. She also runs the European region with 13 chapters and over 8,000 members where activities include training, awareness, mentoring and job sharing in the growing field of big data (including ML, AI, Data Science, IoT and Data Warehousing). Prior to joining SAP, Tina’s career grew through business strategy consulting positions at McKinsey and Accenture.
