Susan Cook

Susan leads IBM Canada's Public Sector Global Business Services where she is responsible for sales and delivery of customer programs that incorporate innovation and drive customer value. Prior to joining IBM, Susan spent over 12 years at SAP and most recently held a national role leading SAP Canada's Public Sector Team. Susan has built a solid reputation for developing strong long term client relationships, business strategies and delivering client success. Susan is a dynamic business leader who stands at the forefront of some the fastest moving enterprise technology trends. She has spent the last decade evangelizing an industry-wide technology shift with ERP, SaaS, cloud, mobility and analytics. Susan collaborates with clients in federal, provincial and municipal as they realize their digital transformational journeys . Susan is passionate about women in STEM and enjoys mentoring early talent to help shape their careers. Susan supports Habitat for Humanity in building homes for those in need, most recently completing completing builds in Bolivia (2018), Fiji (2017), and Guatemala (2015).
