Paul Gibson is Demand Planner with Arla Foods in the UK. Paul has worked on multiple project roles alongside general demand duties however more recently worked with Implement Consulting to roll out APO Demand Sensing in the UK business. Paul is now rolling out the functionality to other Arla markets across Europe. Paul’s SAP areas of focus are in the areas of: Logistics, S&OP and Demand Planning. Arla Foods is the fifth-largest dairy company in the world and a cooperative owned by more than 12,500 dairy farmers in 7 countries.
