As the Principal of one of a few US based certified SAP ALM Hub Partner and Tricentis TOSCA Certified Implementation Partner, Craig Brown leads the Transformation Architect team at Xceleon. A proven leader and an invaluable resource in Information Technology, government, public, and private entities utilize his management skills and keen ability to identify technology-based value opportunities. His 33-year career started in the United States Army as a highly decorated enlisted soldier who globally managed troops to deliver classified mission-critical communications during both peace and wartime efforts. After his honorable service was complete, he joined the private sector, where he held positions that utilized his vast knowledge in technology, management, and process design & application development. His management skills make him a natural leader when guiding resources from multiple business units, as he incorporates processes across various platforms. As a volunteer, Craig has served with SAP's ASUG Solution Manager Special Interest Group (SIG) as the Solution Manager Community Facilitator, focusing on the SAP Solution Manager influence counsel for nine years. In addition to educating the SAP Community about SAP Solution Manager's latest and greatest features and benefits, he also teaches certified application lifecycle management tools tightly integrated with SAP Solution Manager to facilitate value-driven projects and solutions. Craig is also the ASUG IT Operations Alliance Community's Task Force Lead and an SAP Insider Expert focused on application lifecycle management. SAP chose Craig to speak at the 40TH annual SAP Max Attention Summit in Waldorf, Germany, where he outlined the benefits of deploying a fully integrated ITSM system through Solution Manager and the value it enabled for his employer.
