Luke is the Senior Vice President, Human Experience Management (HXM) Practice at The Silicon Partners (TSP), a global SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors consulting partner. He is a Certified Professional in SuccessFactors Employee Central and co-author of the SAP PRESS books SAP SuccessFactors: An Introduction (3rd ed; 2020) and SuccessFactors Employee Central: The Comprehensive Guide (2nd ed; 2018), author of the E-Bite SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration: SAP ERP HCM to Employee Central, and contributor to Talent Management with SAP ERP HCM. Luke is an experienced solution architect and widely-recognized expert in SuccessFactors and SAP ERP HCM. He has proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrating SuccessFactors with SAP ERP HCM, as well as working with customers on assessing cloud migration and building adoption roadmaps and strategies.
