The YMCA Belief statement is ‘we believe in the power of inspired young people’. The Engagement Survey showed our staff are highly engaged, but with a low ‘intention to stay’ because they don’t see YNSW as a space to develop their careers. YNSW developed and launched Performance and Goal Management to drive a culture of development across the organization leading to the achievement of one of our strategic pillars and delivering on our beliefs. This session will share how the SAP Performance and Goals module was configured and launched to the business and how the business leaders were trained on Goal Setting and Performance Development.
