Martin is the Co-Founder of Mycronix GmbH&Co. KG, a consulting firm focused on SAP HCM and SAP Technology consulting. He has graduated in Business Information Systems and holds a Master of Organizational Development and Human Resources. He also is an SAP Certified Application Professional for HCM Talent Management and SuccessFactors. Martin has worked with SAP R/3 HR since 2000 and has completed more than 10 full cycle HCM implementations for global Fortune 500 companies. Since 2016 Martin specialized in SAP SuccessFactors Cloud and other hybrid SAP Solutions. He is focusing on integration technology like BTP Integration Suite to provide stable and robust integration scenarios for several business processes.
