Human Resources' aspirations to provide a seamless employee onboarding experience at Nutrien were previously hamstrung by multiple inadequate systems. The implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and LMS along with the other SAP SuccessFactors core modules has provided a coherent platform which underpins the Human Resources strategy of enhancing the employee experience through recruitment, onboarding, learning, payroll and identity management.
