The implementation was a success, finishing in 16 weeks. BioBridge Global now has the ability to access advanced reporting and analytics, streamline workflows, and empower managers and employees to own their data.

Improving Data Accessibility

As part of the implementation, BioBridge Global also wanted to allow managers to open employment requisitions within Employee Central. This had previously been difficult, as the company housed HR data on a local server, making it difficult to retrieve the information and keep it secure.

To help overcome these issues, AspireHR leveraged its SmartSuite technology to extract historical HR data and move it into a custom portlet within SAP Employee Central so users could view it and access the information needed for reporting functions.
