Meet the Authors
Querlo Router lets SAP customers change generative AI models without rebuilding the conversational logic created in Querlo Studio.
The platform combines low-code conversational AI development with private-cloud, on-premises, security, residency, and access-control options.
Querlo’s SAP opportunity depends on implementation partners connecting its model-portable assistants to governed SAP BTP and S/4HANA processes.
Querlo is a conversational-AI vendor headquartered in New York with an engineering hub in Italy, selling digital twins, assistants, and “digital employees” to SMEs and global enterprises. The company’s central bet is model portability: its Querlo Router abstracts the underlying LLM so buyers can move between OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral, and private models without rebuilding conversation logic. That posture matters to SAP customers weighing where generative AI should live relative to SAP BTP and S/4HANA.
Studio and Router
Querlo Studio is the design surface. It combines a drag-and-drop visual logic builder with code-level extensibility, and its node library covers text messages, question inputs with validation, conditional routing, multimedia components, an NLU node for intent recognition and entity extraction, and an LLM node for generative responses.
The Router then decides which model executes each generative turn, letting teams change models without redrawing flows. Querlo pairs the tooling with GDPR-first defaults, EU data residency options, on-prem and VPC deployments, SSO integration with Okta or Azure Active Directory, role-based access, and audit logging — the controls SAP customers routinely require in vendor reviews.
Vertical Assistants
Querlo has packaged Studio into three named vertical assistants.
Dicci handles citizen inquiries about municipal services, office hours, forms, deadlines, waste collection, and registry procedures, and auto-categorizes citizen reports before routing them to the responsible office.
Maya targets school admissions, covering programs, tuition, scholarships, open days, and transfer procedures; the site’s calculator estimates €20 per month for a 50-student configuration.
Gusto handles restaurant guests, including menus, allergens, reservations, and events, with a calculator estimate of €65 per month for a 50-seat venue. Each assistant auto-indexes the client’s website to keep answers current.
Digital Twins and Metaverse Entities
Beyond the verticals, Querlo sells a Personal Digital Twin trained on an individual’s expertise and communication style to act as a virtual representative, and a Metaverse framework for AI entities that synthesize multiple knowledge bases into a single persona.
Querlo says the platform powers more than 20,000 AI entities and lists IBM, HSBC, and Pfizer among enterprise customers, claims that warrant independent validation.
SAP Relevance
The SAP tie runs through implementation partners. Resolve Tech Solutions offers SAP Assessment & Advisory, Transformation, S/4HANA Migration, BTP, Application Managed Services, and S/4HANA Managed Testing, and cites recognitions including CIOReview’s Top 25 SAP Solutions Provider 2025 and SAP NS2’s 2023 Outstanding Partner Award.
What This Means for SAPinsiders
- Model portability shifts leverage toward buyers. SAP customers can separate conversational design from model procurement, reducing switching costs and dependence on any single provider. Model selection therefore becomes an ongoing governance decision rather than a permanent architectural commitment.
- Low-code breadth can conceal operating complexity. Visual tools simplify initial development, but production deployments still require content ownership, integration discipline, testing, and escalation design. The larger workload may come from maintaining dependable business context rather than building conversations.
- Partner capability will determine SAP adoption. Querlo’s SAP relevance currently depends more on implementation partners than on native alignment with SAP architecture. Buyers must assess whether partners can turn flexible AI tooling into governed, supportable processes across BTP and S/4HANA.
