With a small amount of effort, every Enterprise Architect can prepare the next generation of EA’s and learn something along the way. Currently, 89% of EAs are men, so one way to increase the size and diversity of the talent pool is to increase the number of women entering the field. Research conducted in 2021 showed that mentoring was the #1 way to get more women into the field of Enterprise Architecture.
