SuccessFactors SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a foundational reporting requirement for many People & Culture functions across organisations globally. For Fonterra, SAC means they can produce real time, cross module reporting at the fingertips for HR, leaders, and managers in Fonterra.  With their new job and career architecture in SAP SuccessFactors, the SAC visualisation dashboards filtering means they can drill deep into the information, spotlighting key capabilities and ensure they have the right people, in the right places.

So how did Fonterra go about implementing SAC Stories? Building design skills from scratch, design of dashboards aligned to KPIs. Producing a value-added toolkit and purposeful insights in one place. This is Fonterra’s journey.
