Rev-Trac and SNP Join Forces on SAP Change Governance for the S/4HANA Era

Revelation Software Concepts (RSC), the Australian company behind the Rev-Trac SAP change automation platform, announced a partnership with SNP on June 30, 2026, to help SAP customers maintain control, governance, and visibility during SAP S/4HANA transformations, Cloud ERP adoption, and increasingly complex hybrid landscapes.

The logic of the pairing is straightforward. SNP brings transformation expertise in SAP S/4HANA migrations, data management, and landscape optimization, built around its Kyano platform and Bluefield approach. Rev-Trac provides the automation, governance, and change management layer that keeps day-to-day SAP changes flowing safely while transformation programs run.

Governing Change While Transformation Happens

The announcement lands at a sensitive moment for SAP customers. As RSC notes, the approaching end of SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM support is forcing many organizations to reassess how they govern SAP changes. While SAP Cloud ALM adoption is growing, many enterprises still require advanced transport governance, retrofit, compliance, and release orchestration capabilities, particularly across hybrid landscapes.

The ChaRM-to-Cloud-ALM transition needs a decision now, not in 2027. With SAP Solution Manager support ending, Basis and change teams should map current ChaRM processes against SAP Cloud ALM’s native capabilities and identify the gaps in compliance, release orchestration, and cross-landscape governance. Where regulated industry requirements such as GxP or SOX apply, teams should plan for a control layer like Rev-Trac that extends Cloud ALM rather than assuming a straight swap.
