Hitachi Vantara acquired oXya in 2015 achieving profitability over the past eight years as an expert in SAP hosting and BASIS services.

The deal positions both oXya and Hitachi Vantara for continued growth. Hitachi Vantara will continue to pursue our SAP implementation and support business and will maintain a business relationship with oXya.

Montefiore Investment’s interest in acquiring oXya stems from the company’s service offerings, market position, industry expertise, customer service, and management team. Montefiore follows a long-term buy-and-hold acquisition strategy, providing strategic guidance and financial support to its portfolio companies to enable them to achieve growth and development.

oXya’s market position and global customer base combined with its 25 years of experience in the management of vital applications made it an attractive investment for Montefiore.

The completion of the transaction is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals, with the expected closing date set for the end of summer 2023. Following the deal’s closure, Hitachi Vantara will maintain its business relationship with oXya, which will operate independently.
