CIOs have two main priorities: automation and standardization of business processes remain in the top spot. The second most popular response was unsurprisingly the move to SAP S/4HANA. The impending deadline is only getting closer as companies continue to assemble their business case and cobble together the resources and knowledge to get them there before 2027.
