Principal Analyst Mike Leone leads ESG’s analyst team focused on data management, analytics and artificial intelligence. Mike draws upon his enthusiasm for bleeding-edge technology and his engineering and marketing background to provide a unique perspective to enterprise technology vendors. At Enterprise Strategy Group, Mike focuses on all things data, analytics, and AI. His passion shines through in helping organizations improve everything from go-to-market strategies and messaging to product development and content creation.

Mike has a strong technical background, with early roles in software and hardware engineering focused on future product feasibility, modeling, and performance. He gradually moved into roles that interfaced with marketing by helping translate deep technical concepts into understandable business benefits.

Mike holds a BS in Computer Science from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts.

Steve Brennan is an accomplished technology executive with over two decades of experience leading enterprise strategy, application development, and data analytics. As Vice President of Solution Delivery and Enterprise Architecture at Carhartt, Inc., he drives transformative initiatives through a global product line model complemented with an IT center of excellence and enterprise architecture practice, delivering scalable solutions that align technology with business growth.  Most recent was the globalization of Carhartt’s SAP S/4HANA and SAP Commerce Cloud platforms.

Previously, Steve held strategic roles at Quicken Loans, where he led teams in database engineering, enterprise integration, IT center of excellence, and business intelligence, spearheading initiatives like CRM implementation and data management strategies. His expertise spans application architecture, cloud platforms, and business alignment.

An advocate for diversity and mentorship, Steve co-chairs Carhartt’s “Riveters” Business Resource Group and serves on the University of Michigan-Dearborn CIS Professional Advisory Board. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science.

Nitin Badjatia serves as the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Solutions for SAP CX. A veteran of the enterprise software business, Nitin has held executive positions at ServiceNow, Oracle, RightNow, and Siebel Systems. Before diving into technology, Nitin was in global institutional risk at NationsBank and Mellon. He is also a founding board member of Customer Commons, a non-profit spinoff from the Berkman-Klein Center for Internet Law and Society, at Harvard Law School.
