People are my passion! From understanding users of websites, mobile apps, software and development platforms, to identifying the needs of stakeholders, to mentoring and coaching other UX researchers, empathy is at the heart of everything I do. My psychology background drives my desire to understand the human mind and behavior in service of personal growth and technological innovation.

As a researcher, I am an expert in designing, conducting, and analyzing user research studies to deliver actionable recommendations. Highly experienced in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability interviews, prototype testing, card sorting, concept testing, online diaries, persona research, attitudinal / task-based / intercept surveys, and website assessment. Accomplished moderator with hundreds of hours of moderating usability interviews (IDIs). Exceptional communication skills from maintaining client and stakeholder relationships, vendor coordination, and team leadership. Skilled in preparing industry white papers, case studies, and publications for academic journals.

Anna Sever is Director of Solutions Engineering, North America at insightsoftware where she specializes in the Longview product suite for consolidation, tax, and transfer pricing, as well as disclosure management for reporting.  Prior to joining insightsoftware 11 years ago, Anna spent 15 years working in corporate tax and public accounting.

Anthony leads DataRobot’s Customer Engineering team, focusing on developing AI solutions for strategic use cases that integrate DataRobot’s advanced capabilities with SAP’s applications, workflows, and data foundations. Before joining DataRobot, he led Professional Services for Data Science and AI at IBM across the UK and Ireland.

I work within the EMEA Field Solutions Engineering and Customer Success Team. My role is to show our customers the value of the Delphix proposition. Within this role, I have been supporting major strategic enterprise wins and renewals in different countries across the DACH region and Eastern Europe.

Anupam has about Twenty Years of Development and Global Consulting experience with Enterprise Software Solutions. He specializes in the domain of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Analytics and Big Data. He has significant experience advising clients on IT strategy and Technology Roadmap.

Anupam has helped customers with their Enterprise Mobile and Cloud strategies, particularly with regards to BI and CRM.

Anurag Barua is a highly experienced, successful, versatile and results-driven technology leader with over 26 years of business & digital transformation experience.

Aric is a Managing Director at Protiviti who leads the SAP Practice and Technology Consulting Practice in the East. For over 20 years, Aric has been helping clients manage digital transformations with the implementation and maintenance of SAP and the surrounding ecosystem. He is one of Protiviti’s firm-wide experts in S/4, Central Finance, Finance Transformation, eGRC, Security, and IT Regulatory Compliance.

Arne Schmidthals is the global head of the SAP S/4HANA Center of Excellence in the SAP Customer Evolution organization. The team’s core objective is to help the SAP ERP customers define and execute their business and IT transformation towards RISE with SAP. 

Arne joined SAP in 1993 as an application consultant and since then served in a variety of positions in consulting, business development, solution and product management, both in Germany and the US. 

He holds a degree in Computer Sciences and Business Administration from Kaiserslautern University, Germany. 

A product leader with experience in product design, product development, evangelism, customer and partner engagement, and go-to-market activities. Passionate about customer insights, championing the voice of the customer, and creating solutions based on research, data and industry trends. Demonstrated ability in leading and collaborating with teams across functions, locations, and cultures to deliver enterprise products designed to delight customers.

Audren Butery is a Consultant on ELSA, TJC Group’s latest cloud application for system decommissioning. He has helped customers in Europe and the USA to safely retire their legacy systems. Audren is responsible for extracting data from legacy systems, auditing the extracted data, coordinating the implementation of ELSA in the customer’s infrastructure and train business users to ensure they feel at ease with their new application. He operates at both project management and operational levels and specializes in dealing with stakeholders to guarantee “business as usual” once the legacy system has been safely retired and ELSA has been deployed.

Dr. Autumn Krauss leads the Market Research & Customer Engagement team, which is a cross-disciplinary team of experts responsible for providing an “outside-in” perspective by analyzing workforce trends, customer needs, and HCM market dynamics to generate evidence-based insights, informing SAP SuccessFactors’ product strategy and offering market thought leadership. The team’s original research agenda, led by Research Scientists with PhDs in Organizational Psychology, includes topics across the spectrum of HR strategy, with recent programs focused on employee experience, people management, AI, and the role of the CHRO in the C-suite.

Autumn holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Occupational Health Psychology from Colorado State University.

Ava is the Head of Enterprise Applications and a strategic IT business partner at Device Technologies, with over 20 years of experience in delivering complex system integration solutions and enterprise applications to a diverse range of sectors including Medical Device, Oil & Gas, Mining, Agriculture, Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, FMCG, Recycling, and Airlines industry.

As a member of the IT Leadership team, Ava is responsible for communicating emerging technologies to the Business while ensuring IT and Business alignment and was recently a focal point for the architecture, design, integration, testing and delivery of the SAP S/4HANA upgrade project.

Bailey Brandel is a Solutions Engineer at Prometheus Group, where she helps organizations strengthen their enterprise asset management practices. She brings a background in quality, design, engineering, and project management, and holds a degree in Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Bailey specializes in routine maintenance and capital project management, working closely with clients across industries to understand their goals, share best practices, and provide effective solutions that deliver lasting value.
