My psychology background drives my desire to understand the human mind and behavior in service of personal growth and technological innovation. As a researcher, I am an expert in designing, conducting, and analyzing user research studies to deliver actionable recommendations. Highly experienced in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability interviews, prototype testing, card sorting, concept testing, online diaries, persona research, attitudinal / task-based / intercept surveys, and website assessment. Accomplished moderator with hundreds of hours of moderating usability interviews (IDIs). Exceptional communication skills from maintaining client and stakeholder relationships, vendor coordination, and team leadership. Skilled in preparing industry white papers, case studies, and publications for academic journals.
