Earlier in his career, Rizwan has also provided project oversight on multiple active SAP Projects and managed service level-based engagements, conducting weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with clients. Other responsibilities include leading teams of SAP practitioners during the clients’ requirements-gathering process while researching and analyzing these requirements to formulate execution plans. Planning proper resource allocation to ensure best-in-class project execution within pre-defined quality and budgetary parameters. Managing and mentoring teams, monitoring their performances and aptly instigating team appraisal programs with actionable feedback.
