Jim has over 10 years’ experience managing and supporting the HR Systems for the Department of Health and more recently all Corporate Applications and platforms for Health and Communities Tas which incorporated Financial Systems, Online Services and a newly formed Enterprise Systems. Jim’s role as HRIS Transition Director is to set up the solution for success once the project completes through: Managing existing support and development work Managing the transition out of existing vendors and applications Supporting an Operating Model for all clients of the HRIS solution Jim also has a focus on Legacy Data management and Threat and Risk mitigation.
