Heidi Zhao is Global Solution Owner for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) based out of Atlanta GA, United States. She is responsible for market requirements roll-in and solution go-to-market. Working closely with the development team, she is also globally responsible for management of all SAP BRIM solution aspects including solution strategy and roadmap. Heidi has been with SAP America since 2004 and has over 20 years deep SAP Quote to Cash and Finance knowledge.
