Hydro Tasmania wanted to reap the benefits of converting from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The organisation set out to simplify and systemise existing processes, improve the user experience for staff, and introduce more contemporary technology to continue building future capability and lay the foundation for a broader innovation program.
