SAP intends to embed IBM Watson’s capabilities into its digital assistant within SAP Start, which serves as a centralized gateway for SAP cloud solutions. By using SAP Start, users can locate, access, and communicate with apps featured in SAP and SAP S/4HANA  cloud solutions. With IBM Watson’s AI solutions that follow IBM’s data privacy and transparency principles, SAP Start’s AI functions will include natural language abilities and predictive insights, boosting productivity for users.
