HPC America is a utility industry expert dedicated to everything touching SAP Financials ,from cost accounting, work management, and regulatory (FERC) reporting in the back office, to billing and CRM in the front office.  In addition to consulting, we develop ABAP-based, SAP-certified add-on solutions that extend the delivered capabilities of the ERP. We are an SAP partner, and have decades of real-world experience with SAP Financials, Work Management, IS-U Billing, and SAP ‘s latest C/4HANA Service Cloud for customer relationship management.
In 1994, we developed the solution commonly known as the FERC module.  SAP acquired our technology in 1996 for inclusion in the ERP, and it is still delivered with SAP S/4HANA today. (That doesn ‘t mean, however that we believe you should use it on S/4HANA. In fact, there ‘s a  much better way to manage regulatory accounting for utilities on S/4HANA.) Since that time, we have been intimately involved in implementation and optimization of FERC solutions for dozens of utilities  throughout the United States. Our goal in serving utility clients is to enhance the timeliness, accuracy, and richness of detail in utilities ‘ reporting both to regulators and management.
Today ‘s compliance requirements mean far more stringent standards and transparency in accounting. We designed our solution for SAP ECC,  Utility Financials Accelerator (UFA), and our latest solution for SAP S/4HANA,  HPC DECIPHER, to provide even greater functionality for cost of service ratemaking and regulatory reporting than the SAP IS-U/FERC solution we first created 20+ years ago.
