Earlier today, SAP announced the upcoming release of its new SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solution. The new cloud-based solution is designed to provide real-time views into employee time entry data and will include functionality for entering and approving time, managing labor costs, and will help customers maintain compliance with local regulations.
This announcement should be welcome news for existing cloud customers as well as on-premise customers who have been asking for a time management option for their cloud migrations.
“The SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solution provides employees with the personalization and simplicity they would expect from a consumer-grade experience,” said Amy Wilson, senior vice president, HXM Product & Design, SAP SuccessFactors.
Key features of the Time Tracking solution include:
- Clock in and clock-out on web and mobile
- Flextime handling that enables employees to choose their start and end times
- Time tracking across midnight
- Support for global customers with localized content that includes holiday calendars, country-specific pay information, and messages in local languages
SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking is scheduled to be available to customers in January 2021.
