Chris Hall joined Vertex’s Chief Strategy Office as Senior Tax Officer in September 2024 and is focused on Global Taxes and Compliance. Prior to Vertex, Chris served as Managing Director for Global Indirect Tax Strategy at Ford Motor Company from 2017, and served in multiple leadership roles in North America and Europe since joining Ford in 2001. Between 1988 and 2001, Chris worked for General Electric Company, running GE’s shared services tax organization in his last role there.
Chris has been responsible for all aspects of Indirect Tax including compliance, audits, controversy, planning, legislation and leading systems automation projects for centralized tax determination and reporting processes using Vertex and other platforms.
Chris holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida Tech and an MBA from University of South Florida, is a Certified Member of the Institute or Professionals in Taxation (IPT) and was a Certified Management Accountant and a member in good standing with the Institute of Management Accountants from 1993 to 2013.

Chris is an executive leader with a demonstrated history of working in the HR, information technology and services industry. With over 18 years of experience in functional HR, people initiatives and HR solution consulting, Chris is focused on leading organizations through strategic transformation of people, process and technology. She is passionate about strategy, innovation, go to market offerings and problem solving! As a certified SuccessFactors professional, she is a hands on leader of global professional services and delivery who seeks process improvements and pushes the boundaries to help drive organizational and individual team member growth. Chris received her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania and holds an active CPA license in the state of Pennsylvania. She also holds her PHR and SHRM-CP certification in HR.

Chris Radkowski, Senior Director, SAP Solution Management. Chris leads the product strategy and go-to-market for SAP Access Governance, Data Protection and Cybersecurity portfolios. Previously Chris has worked as a product manager at several start ups focused on access management, single sign-on, and network access control. Chris is leading the effort at SAP in key digitization and cloud for access governance and security solutions delivering ideas and market transforming vision for each topic. Outside of SAP, Chris is working on windsurf, kite, and surf hydrofoil designs that have been used to win world championships and recently achieved the world nautical mile speed record at La Palme, France.

Chris is a business-oriented technologist, SAP evangelist and a member of SAP’s coveted global mentor program, who founded DalRae Solutions in 2015. Chris had his first exposure to SAP while working for Mulgowie Farming company in rural Australia. He saw the difference SAP made to the smooth running of the farming operations and quickly got involved with the online community, as support in the remote location was hard to come by.

He then went on to work at Super Retail Group for a number of years, expanding is knowledge and working on a number of projects, such as the first click & collect implementation in Australia.

Following that Chris became the Founder & Chief Architect at DalRae Solutions, and has worked on a number of noteworthy projects such as the New Zealand Police gun buyback scheme and the NDIA Case Management solution.

In recent years his interest has primarily been in the Business Technology Platform (BTP) and he has established himself and his business as a global leading expert in this field

Christian Schroefl is an experienced Solution Architect, Portfolio- Programme- and Project Manager and has led multiple SAP implementations and transformations of various sizes in the last 22 years. He has led teams to continuous growth and has successfully managed portfolios of ICT engagements across both EMEA and APJ markets.

Chris believes in making a difference and supporting his customers on their individual path to successful digital transformations. He holds certificates in PM methodologies (PMI and Prince2) and is passionate about putting technical engagements into the context of Organisational Strategy and Enterprise Architecture alignment. Playing to his strength of ‘getting things done’ is his current setup building and growing Natuvion APJ since 2019.
