Uwe Birkenhauer began his professional career as an officer on a submarine of the German Navy. After retiring from the service in 1995, he held a number of positions as a project manager, consultant and business unit manager at various European and international companies in the field of enterprise resource planning and enterprise content management. He joined T-Systems in 2010 as Service Delivery Manager and took over responsibility for the SAP portfolio in 2014. His team defines the offers and services for customers around SAP.
