Subit Mathew is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance Consulting Practice. He specializes in advising companies on Supply Chain Mgmt., IT roadmap strategies, ERP business case development as well as planning, managing & delivering global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. Drawing on his industry & consulting experience, Subit serves as an advisor to senior executives on applying innovations leveraging latest technology from SAP. His areas of expertise include re-engineering processes across Supply Chain Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Sales & Service capabilities. He has worked with companies of all sizes across the Life Sciences/Medical Devices, Consumer Products, F&B, Industrial Products & Chemicals, Automotive & Semiconductor Hi-tech manufacturing sectors. He has held a variety of leadership positions at Deloitte and currently serves as the National Market Offering Leader for Deloitte’s US SAP Supply Chain Management.
