As Senior Business Manager within SAP Business Transformation Services he is leading the industry practice for Energy & Natural Resources in combination with Organizational Change Management. Together with his teams of expert consultants he is driving Business Model Innovation, crafting Business Cases and Transformation Plans, as well as providing guidance on future Enterprise Architecture. However, key success of every transformation is the People Side of Change, which has a particular focus of his work. Through Digital Change Advisory he supports clients to embrace cultural challenges and drive user adoption. He is leading by his personal motto: "We grow when are we being challenged”.
