Brock is currently employed with Officeworks as the People Systems & Analytics Manager. His journey with Officeworks began in 2019 as part of the project team assigned to implementing SuccessFactors. Prior to joining Officeworks, Brock worked at Wesfarmers corporate office in a systems role, where he oversaw Succession planning across the Wesfarmers brands. His HR journey commenced in a generalist role within the mining industry in Western Australia, primarily working in a fly-in-fly-out capacity to mine sites in the Pilbara region. Brock has a passion for discovering and implementing efficiencies in work processes through system solutions, and he also enjoys leveraging People Analytics to inform and drive people decisions.
