Molly Boyle is a finance transformation expert and thought leader with more than 17 years of experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, and financial close transformation. In her role at BlackLine, she helps companies realize the benefits of accounting and finance automation by sharing leading practices and guiding them as they replace their traditional manual processes with modern cloud solutions. Prior to joining BlackLine, Molly spent 7 years as a corporate accounting leader at a large retailer where she coordinated the global financial close processes and spearheaded the accounting transformation efforts. Earlier in her career, Molly also spent 6 years in the assurance practice at EY executing and overseeing the financial statement audits of a variety of public and privately held companies. Molly holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana and a Master’s of Accounting and Professional Consultancy from Villanova University. She was certified as a CPA in Massachusetts and is currently based in Baltimore, Maryland.
